Kids entered the store while dad was outside only to be confronted by rude staff telling them they are not allowed in without an adult this applies on all school holidays we were told rudely when we asked the staff as to why this was so. There is no signs and they don’t have to put them up they say but would be nicer to know this in advance as I will no longer be going back and will be telling others of our experience
My friend and I entered the store as an under 18 then we were asked very rudely if we have parent with us but we did not, then she proceeded to yell at us to “get out of the store”. Can’t believe this. you are setting a terrible example for younger people, and as an old lady you should know better. Never shopping here again
