Disgusting customer service. I went in with a few friends and this old rude woman followed us to the back of the store, she thought we couldn’t see her spying on us but she was. We came up to the toy section and she had the audacity to tell us we only have 5 minutes in the store. I had a credit voucher $11.85 that was given back to me instead of a cash or eftpos transaction refund which is how I initially paid for because of a rusty shower caddy I purchased which I should of checked it over before I paid for it but didn't think I would of had to being it a brand new item.
