We met with Andy on a tax matter; he reviewed our needs, made recommendations, and stayed in touch. As the process unfolded, we needed to pivot from our original strategy. Andy worked with us on it. The firm's willingness to be flexible in strategy, time, and rates helped. We appreciate the service.
Andy served as the CPA and tax advisor for me in my role liquidating 5 hospitals and related entities. To say that the returns were complex is an understatement. Fortunately Andy and his team dug through the details of the transactions and the tax code. We had no complaints from the IRS or the investors about his work. I recommend him highly.
Since the founders left, not the same firm. Used to be great to work with but no longer. Part 2: I didn’t want to go into detail, but since Andrew did, I’ll add more context to my review.
