We visited Barefoot Reflexology in Watertown to celebrate our anniversary — our first visit in over ten years, when we had been regular customers. We will not be returning!!! From the moment we walked in, two staff members were arguing openly and continuously. There was no attempt to create any kind of relaxing atmosphere: no music, no greeting that acknowledged we were there to unwind.
