I highly recommend this clinic. The practitioners take a different approach to other physios I've seen, but their methods are highly effective. They are friendly and highly skilled and I'm so glad I found them!

I have had back issues on and off for many, many years that required physio. Some have worked for a short time and others did nothing other than charging money for no tangible successful outcomes. The team at Barefoot undertook a different and more holistic approach to fully understand what the root cases where and then implemented things to not only work towards resolution of back issues but look at long term sustainable management so future back issues are minimized. Simply the best at dealing with what ever you need to fix with you're body , walked in on a Monday with a problem shoulder that wouldn't allow me to attend work that day . Back at work on Tuesday almost at 100% , Wednesday feeling as good as new
