I had the best acupuncture session with Stephanie! I came in for tight traps, low back/SI joint pain, and tension headaches. I usually end my days feeling drained and fatigued, but after this session I left feeling like I’d had the best deep tissue massage of my life, soooo much relief! —without any pain involved. I went to Stefanie after a recent shoulder injury. She got me healed up in 3 acupuncture sessions. She’s very knowledgeable in Chinese medicine and takes the time to explain the procedure as well as addressing any questions or concerns a patient may have. Stefanie is very caring and she makes sure that her clinic is a safe and relaxing environment. Would highly recommend!
Stefanie helped me tremendously with a knee injury and some other issues I was dealing with. My knee improved substantially, as well as the other issues, plus there were nice bonuses like more energy and improved sleep. I injured my shoulder/upper arm in January after a fall on ice. I went to urgent care where an MD assured me that no bone was broken via a conventional x-ray, despite significant pain. The doctor offered no referral for follow-up care. I went home and searched online for home-grown physical therapy solutions and followed a regime of suggestion exercises.
