I had a very UNPLEASANT experience at this salon and will definitely not be returning. First, I was shortchanged on time. I booked a 30-minute massage, but the actual service lasted only 25 minutes. I timed it specifically, and it’s unacceptable to pay for time you don't receive. To make matters worse, the checkout process was unprofessional and frankly "disgusting." Me my friend went for a massage. Which was descent after we paid, the clerk was very rude and obnoxious. Because we didn't give him a tip.. and give a big attitude because I didn't leave him a tip which he didn't even do any work
Le massage était bien, mais l’environnement ne correspond pas à l’environnement d’un spa. Ce sont des pièces séparées Uniquement par de minces rideaux où on entend tout ce qui se passe à la réception et dans les espaces à côté. Par ailleurs, au moment de payer, on a exigé 25 $ de pourboire pour un massage de 90 minutes à 120 $. Je trouve cela très abusif. C’était ma première fois et ce sera la dernière.
Me and my husband were lucky to have a massage with Jason and Joe ! It was the best massage we ever had (and we do it a lot). I was traumatised in a car accident + snowboarding and it’s been already 3 days when I don’t take my muscle relaxers anymore. We wanted to go back next day but due to weather in NY we had to leave asap so we can get home . But every visit to Miami in future will end up at this place thanks guys !
I walked in 8:30 with a reservation and I was 3 people and they only made massage for 1 person Don’t recommend
