All the staff are knowledgeable, and Jamie is especially helpful and professional. Great place for heavy duty gear.

Great experience today!!! The young woman working had great customer service skills!! We were greated and shown to the exact items we were looking for. She went above and beyond for another customer who could not find his size but calling other locations for him and showing him online options. A smile and a positive attitude is rare these days and she should be acknowledged for it!! Great job BareBones!!! 👍👍👍 Keep people like this employed and well payed!!!!
I came in to look for some work boots and the staff were all on their phones they not once bothered to see if I needed help. I had to help MYSELF to find on my own the right size. This is not the first time experiencing this at this store. The employees should really be more attentive with customers instead of being on Their phones.
