I paid for one service but they gave me another, in the process of fixing their mistake in order to do the service I paid for, they made more carless mistakes which has left me permanently disfigured. After hearing how this could have been avoided, The Owner became so enraged she almost physically attacked me, and I cannot believe I actually just typed that.
