We were greeted as soon as we entered and then, thankfully, left to look around. Michelle was nearby when we finished. She helped us choose fabrics for a couch, loveseat, and chair and the perfect rug to pull it all together. When there was an issue with one of the pieces, Michelle worked with us on it. The delivery men were professional and detail-oriented. We are 100% satisfied with the entire experience. If you want expert help, good prices, and fantastic service. You're at the right place.
Yesterday was our 2nd time purchasing from Bare furniture. I called and spoke with Tyler regarding what I am looking for in a purchase of an additional lazy boy chair. Tyler was very helpful and then upon coming in to the show room he was again very helpful explaining the difference chairs and which would be best for a firm lumbar support I was looking for. Just wanted to share my enthusiastic THUMBS UP for Bare Furniture in China Grove!! I purchased a custom piece that took several months to be crafted out of state, shipped to NC and then delivered a couple hours further to my home. Tyler, his wife and their staff were kind, professional and responsive from start to finish - with the ordering process, regular updates and careful delivery straight to my home. Highly recommended!
