We have purchased ALL of our furniture here. Michelle is able to pull fabrics and bring your vision together. We purchased a bedroom suite 8 years ago. We noticed recently the drawer not pulling out all the way. We stopped by the shop to asking how to remove the drawer to fix the track. Tyler came to our home and was not only able to remove the drawer, but took it back to the shop and repaired it! Returned it and installed it the same day. Exceptional service!!!!! Best store, Best people, Best service.
We were greeted as soon as we entered and then, thankfully, left to look around. Michelle was nearby when we finished. She helped us choose fabrics for a couch, loveseat, and chair and the perfect rug to pull it all together. When there was an issue with one of the pieces, Michelle worked with us on it. The delivery men were professional and detail-oriented. We are 100% satisfied with the entire experience. If you want expert help, good prices, and fantastic service. You're at the right place.
Yesterday was our 2nd time purchasing from Bare furniture. I called and spoke with Tyler regarding what I am looking for in a purchase of an additional lazy boy chair. Tyler was very helpful and then upon coming in to the show room he was again very helpful explaining the difference chairs and which would be best for a firm lumbar support I was looking for.
