Emily was personable and professional. However, the IPL facial for $122 was not worth it. The appointment took about 10 minutes, and maybe this is because I used Groupon. But there was absolutely no visible difference of even lightening one freckle on my face. I have had IPL done before, and it always gave me instant results. I expressed that at the beginning of the appointment and was assured that this IPL treatment targets and lightens pigmentation. I won’t be visiting again.
ZERO stars. Paid in full but was unable to reach this business for over a week. Called. Emailed. Nothing. Finally got a callback. She gave me 3 (no kidding, three) excuses for the poor communication. Scheduled an appointment for the very next day because she was “so sorry.” Drove 45 minutes to the address. Couldn’t find the place. Called twice. No answer. Get a text message (after my appointment time) that she has to cancel for a flat tire. Waste of time. Not sure this place actually even exists.
