Destinie did such a great job with extraction. I've done a lot of facials and this is the first time someone truly addressed all the concerns I have and extracted without causing inflammation. Will definitely go back.

But after asking a simple, respectful question about discounted pricing for a treatment series of facial perls, I received a surprisingly personal and unprofessional response that included assumptions about my character and suggestions I look elsewhere. I became a client based on my husband’s positive experience, but after seeing how he was treated simply for asking a fair question about treatment pricing, I no longer support this business. What he received in response was unprofessional, needlessly personal, and not something any respectful client should be subjected to. As someone who was also a paying customer, I expected better.
