I usually do not leave bad reviews, however I went in for my eyelashes to be tinted and curled. I ask several times will this cause a reaction due to my skin being very sensitive. The girls were great, they worked patiently to get a gift card charge correct.
Had my first appt scheduled this morning. Was in a hit and run accident on my way there. Didn’t make it in obviously. However, they were very prompt to call and leave a message about me being a no show and are charging me full price, including their supply surcharge. I get it, they have a no show policy. But how about have a little tact about it? I’ll never bother to try this place. They way they chose to handle this was in poor taste. No thanks. Came here for the first time, and had a facial with Liz. It was such a great experience! One of the best facials I’ve had. The products used made my skin feel great, and smelled really nice. Will definitely come back!
