Shanequa is absolutely the best massage therapist I have ever had and I’ve had some good ones before. She is intuitive and knows exactly where to treat you almost before she even starts. She’s very sweet and kind and professional, which I very much appreciate. She uses quality massage oils and essential oils for relaxation. Very disappointed! I’m giving 1 star because my experience was extremely unprofessional. I had an emergency and reached out multiple times to reschedule and despite several messages, I received no response before arriving at the office. When I finally heard back, I was told that I should have somehow assumed the appointment was canceled, even though no confirmation was provided. I've had two massages here so far and I've finally found my spot! Shanequa is calming, talented, and really knows how to target problem areas to help you relax. Both experiences were so pleasant from start to finish. She takes her time and the session doesn't feel rushed. I'm really pleased and will keep coming back month after month for a dose of self care!
I got a 90-minute massage here - my first professional massage ever - and it was heavenly. Shenequa's presence was calming and respectful, and she is very good at what she does. Getting to the spa is a little tricky, but don't let that deter you. She is doing God's work. I can't afford to get massages like this often, but when I do feel the need for one, I will be going back to Shenequa. She took great care of me. Highly recommend!
