Subpar customer service. Editing to include that I have done business with this company and regardless of personal issues, still feel the same.
Terrible customer service, they tell us one thing and then do another, spend 10s of thousands of dollars and they wont do a simple return, for less than a thousand and they offered to only give me half of my money back, I would reconsider buying from here, home depot and Lowes have treated me with ten fold more decency, tried to support a local business and i will not be going to them for anymore of my building needs. would have left 0 stars but i have to give atleast 1 star to leave a review
