Showed up yesterday for an appt I made 3 months ago through a referral from the VA (it took that long to get in) just to be told she's never heard of me. No care or concern about what may have gone wrong with her online booking system. I drove 39 miles for crying out loud! If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!
