My son and myself just went here as new clients. From the time we walked in till the time we left, we had a really great experience. The first lady didn't have much of a sense of humor, but the rest of the staff was EXCELLENT. They took time with us, and we never felt rushed. I also like their expertise on some frames that we picked out, they really have great knowledge of eye placement with our special lenses. Bard sucked because they'll tell you they take your insurance but what they really mean is out of network. They'll leave you without an appointment or either pay out of pocket. The receptionist was really nice tho.
