Poor communication, there only concern is to upsell you!
Very poor communication. Today was the last straw. We showed up for an appointment we had made 6 weeks ago for 2 kids who very much need their prescriptions updated. They said “sorry, we don’t have a doctor today” and when I asked them why I didn’t get a call all they could say is “we always try to reach out to people” but they didn’t. I've been going here for many years. Dr. Hahn is very thorough, and the front office staff know their stuff. A couple of them have been there for as long as I've been going there, so there's a lot of combined experience there. Once, when I was compelled to change insurance I had to go somewhere else because Bard wasn't on the plan. I hate it when insurance carriers do that, but I'll get off my soapbox now! Once Bard was back on the plan I started going there again.
Great staff and always do a great job.
