Only issue was having to wait 30 minutes to get my eyeglass prescription as the employee was on a lunch break, but otherwise the employee working was nice and friendly. I only have medical card and Medicare for insurance, and had a lot of selections to choose from. I am just disappointed that with medical card insurance it can take 6 to 8 weeks for my prescription to come in. I would have gladly got a pair while waiting for them to come in if I had money, but sadly with being a low-income guy I couldn't afford it. Not much t... read more
The BEST experience we'd had in years. My daughters eyes were so bad no matter where we went she couldn't see clearly with her prescription. Upon our First visit there it was like a miracle. Someone finally knew what to do. Only ONE manufacturer could even make contacts to fit her prescription. So thankful we started going there about 4 years ago. We've never been disappointed.
The worst experience ever at 46 years old and have had glasses since 5th grade., what an entire waste . spent over $700.00 and a month and a half later still only have sunglasses and its been gloomy out the whole time.. Just want to cry ... Finally had money for good glasses an notta!!!
