Been a client for 15 years..Troy is very knowledgeable in all aspects of doing our taxes..Even from day one he caught an error from our previous accountant of 20 years...Now in retirement we will definitely continue having our taxes done by Troy.

I contacted Marty in October of 2015 to have a second look done on my 2013 and 2014 taxes. I spoke with Marty, the owner, who said it would be $60 and then if I needed to complete an audit on my taxes, we would discuss its financial worth. I faxed Marty all of my documentation on October 27th, 2015. Marty called me on November 1st to say she had completed my second look, and while 2013 looked fine, in 2014 I could have gotten a refund. am so disappointed in my service this year. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and cannot get a returned phone call. This is how you treat a loyal customer? I never had an issue in 8 years and have always been happy with my service until this year. Misplaced forms, no return phone calls. I will no longer be a customer.
Never again! My taxes were done wrong. I was told it was a new system. Found out it was a year old. The owner Marty submitted the wrong information. I have been since refunded my money but I still have yet to get a call back from Marty, the owner to find out if my taxes were corrected, and what my new refund amount is. I also can't get her to send me a corrected W-2. Awful, never never again.
Worst experience ever! Marty the owners wife did my taxes. She mispelled my name and address on all the forms, along with NOT reconciling my marketplace premium tax credit. I got a letter from the IRS, I called the office 6 different times over the course of a week not once did I get an answer or a call back. I had to pay another accountant to amend my taxes amd correct all Marty's mistakes. I will never recommend them!
Finally a tax preparer who listens! The staff is professional and comfortable. Awesome service. I will be back (and have) and I tell everyone I know.
