It was the most dreadful encounter I've ever had, causing significant harm to individuals' finances, with customer support being utterly ineffective, and repeatedly conducting consecutive hard credit checks for the same inquiry.
DO NOT USE THIS BANK. They are not willing to work with you on resolving issues. Refused to accept a payment unless it's mailed in and will not assist you on removing any derogatory information on your credit report. The lady on the phone informed me that I was being recorded but they will not allow you to record them (shady).Saves your life's work and don't use this Bank
