Kam showed me how to change address in the App, also gave me a demonstration of Online Banking to view and print recent transactions as I needed them urgently. I did requested for the statements via machine in the branch however documents never arrived.
I purchased an airline ticket but had doubts about the ticket if it was genuine, visited southall barclays and Kamaljit helped to check the ticket by visiting Airline’s website and helped me to print the ticket, i feel very relieved as i am flying tomorrow. I am very grateful for Kamaljit’s support.
