It's great to find this bank is still open on the high street. Sad I had to drive all the way to Gravesend instead of Strood, though. It is a big shame that there are no tellers to pay in cash to a real person. Barclays do not forget the common local person. You can't underestimate the personal touch.
This bank doesn't accept the coins anymore? In the last 3 months i been there dropping some coins the same excuse our machine it is out of service! But they were 3 people working there 🙄 I am looking to switch my bank account very soon.🧐

Fuming. Just been in to do a name change First person was servng a lady and politely told me he would be 5 minutes Went upstairs Came back and walked straight past me and started dealing with other customers Went to speak to a lady who was serving She started dealing with me then two police officers came in and she called them over All three started talking and I might as well have been invisible Incredibly rude In the end I had to give up and walked out Saturday 13th 1 pm
