Very neat and tidy bank in a very quaint market town. We only popped in as I was considering moving my account - I don't know if it's because I am a premier account holder but the man who helped me: Shane, was very knowledgeable and polite - in fact after chatting the benefits and the fact I could still "see" someone who knew what they were doing and was so friendly we are staying with Barclays! A superb bank and a wonderful staff member: a credit to you and shows how things should be done!
Shane was unbelievably helpful, without asking he guided me through using the app more effectively and transferred my accounts round to make the most of each pot of money. Fantastic service , many thanks to Shane
