Waited 5 minutes on phone, not good enough.
The worst bank available in Northern Ireland. I highly recommend to avoid it! Customer service is really disappointing, you will not open any account. And obviously it also means you cannot sort anything in this branch in one go. This bank has very poor organisation, it is just a big mistake. Staff seems to not care at all, they do not want to help you, one of the women was very very arrogant and cheeky so I really did not want to stay any minute longer.
