What’s the point of a branch if they tell you to use video banking! Awful experience, significant improvement required in customer service and understanding of a customers personal space. Will be closing my account as this isn’t the first poor experience I’ve had with Barclays.

Terrible customer service. I went in yesterday to put cash into my account. The machine didn’t work so I had to go up to the teller. She looked extremely irritated and was behaving like I was unnecessarily bothering her. She kept grunting and barking. I’m a premier customer so I give this bank a lot of business. This is not the way any customer should be treated.
