Impossible to get to talk to anyone knowledgeable. First appointment I was offered was 5 weeks away. And no information online or on the phone. Awful
Dreadful customer service. Barclays Wellfield Road and the Hub in Whitchurch are inefficient. The complaints department are unhelpful and take months to respond to a complaint. I will never use Barclays again.
