Brilliant
What a useless branch! Staff have clearly given up, don’t give cash out over the counter and couldn’t answer a mortgage query when I was unable to get through to mortgages on the phone. I now only keep money for direct debits in my account, and use the Newcastle Building Society over the road. Our nearest branch after Hartlepool is in Stockton, 8.7 miles away. I used to use the branches in Shotton, Seaham, Gateshead and Chester le Street, but they’ve been closed down
