Absolutely terrible! I had approximately $20k line of credit. Always paid by auto pay for a year straight. I switched banks and the app has a glitch that wouldn't allow me to enter new bank into auto pay. I waited a week and then another week thinking it would be fixed. In the meantime i missed my payment due date. They hit my credit for 100 points!! Mainly because they dropped my credit line down to $4k just to hit it harder than a late payment. I paid it off and done with them.
My experience dealing with Barclays Bank Delaware regarding identity theft has been absolutely exhausting and unacceptable. An account associated with Barclays appeared on my credit reports that I did not open, authorize, or use, with a balance of nearly $5,000.
