Called 5 different number about a fraudulent account trying to be opened in my name...no help or resolution
This bank is bad. Do not do business with them or anyone that they do credit cards for. Namely Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta. They charge usury rates on card balances that are impossible to pay off. Old Navy and their affiliates are guilty for for doing business with them
Unfortunately zero stars isn't an option. Got an alert about an account opened in my name, called and reported fraud. They told me it was already flagged in their system as fraud and was being closed. I reported to Experian as well. Account was STILL opened, and used. They told Experian that I told them the account was mistakenly reported as fraud and that I denied it was fraud. I never spoke to these people after the first fraud call. But the customer service sucks. Over 30 min to answer phone. Then Jenny tells you they cant help because their system does not work. Millions of people told the same! Also she has no supervisors nor managers. Executive office is just as bad. No response from president nealon or assistants. Horrible!
