Starting in 2024 the pain and suffering just kept getting worse and these are all the reasons why I am suing Barclays Bank Delaware for unfair and deceptive business practices. Very misleading advertising to encourage people to apply for a credit card. I was booking a flight on Lufthansa and an ad came up suggesting consumers apply and use points for their purchase. It made it seem like I could use points immediately after applying and being approved for the card. I saved my flight and applied and was approved for the card and only found out that I couldn’t use it until I received the physical card 5 to 7 days later. This is the worst bank ever and I give a -10! They are purposely decreasing my credit limit every month after I make a payment. The more I paid the more they took away from my limit, so I started paying less and now they have only been decreasing my limit every 2-3 months. Its been less than a year and they have taken away over $8,000 from my credit limit which makes me look like I am abusing my credit and it shows 99% utilization now when it never ever looked that way. Stay away from the personal loans. I am stuck in a loop with no help and was told because of a system error on there side to go elsewhere for a loan
