My first impression of Mr. Chinchilla was positive, he was enthusiastic and confident. We met twice with a third meeting planned. He advised me that he would bring all the paperwork including a confidentiality agreement to begin our project. I drove for an hour to meet him, I waited an hour, no call, no email, no nothing. I find in this day and age that to not communicate with someone in someway is totally unacceptable.
