Oh my gosh! Your Lemon Myrtle Syrup! We just had our first experience of it with ice cream tonight! It's so good. If entertaining.. why would we ever offer anything else? It's superb. Actually, different cullinary delight, in a savoury context, so is your Davidson Plum Chilli Sauce! Exceptional. We have yet to try more of your array of produce. Can't wait. What a discovery. Thank you. Highly recommend. Yum yum.

What a lovely place to visit. A guided tour of the spices and berries that are grown set high in the hills. Morning tea catered for and able to buy spices, jams not found in your local grocer. Tea tree oil and delightful pure Aussie ingredients. I made their Carrot cake with their special spice mix and it was moist and delicious.
Barb and Bruce are wonderful.
