We recently went to Scott Barbur and his team for an estate plan. We've known Scott for years. If you find attorneys intimidating, then you will love Scott. He loves helping people and has always been a good friend to us through the years as we've changed our mind on our will quite frequently. We actually look forward to seeing him every time something changes in our life.
For estate planning and will preparation great and wonderful service. They handled both wifes and my wills and several deed on death property documents all rolled into one or the other of us gets all and her daughter gets all if we happen to leave together. They listened had information and were able to execute what we wanted in less than 30 days.
We liked the ordinary vibe of this place. While doing the trust with Eric we cleared up some questions we had about our situation unrelated to the making of the trust.
Scott at Barbur law was professional, helpful and friendly. Appreciated how thoughtful he was at understanding our needs and then offering suggestions that would benefit our situation.
