Exquisite iconic product but terribly merchandised!! I would buy a FULL coordinated outfit (top, pant, scarf, etc. but they do not understand coordination of items enabling and promoting a MULTIPLE sale!! I even had to call around to different stores to find/buy the MATCHING hood for my coat!!!
The manager Tina went above and beyond to assist me. It's hard to find the level of costumer service I received at Barbour.
