Had an amazing experience with Luciano! I tried several jackets, and thanks to his patience , l finally found the perfect one. The whole process was easy, enjoyable, and my new jacket is just perfect!
Extremely rude employees. One employee was helping an Italian customer and specifically reached in front of me without even acknowledging or saying excuse me. Then walked in front of me directly again without acknowledging again or saying anything. Extremely rude and inconsiderate of potential customers. Will not shop here due to this.
