Have used the service for a number of years. Have been mostly satisfied except for time when service forgot to file electronically and more recently when the IRS questioned the 2017 return. They found errors in the reporting of securities, withholding of tax paid, foreign tax credit, and medical expenses. Was also penalized last several years for not filing estimated taxes quarterly; never was told. Also errors in the state filing. Same issues with the 2018 filings. My husband and i have been taking our taxes here for a few years now and we are very pleased with there professionalism and kindness. We wont go anywhere else.
