Mike is awesome!!!! I give him my flavor profile, he gives me a new rub or sauce to try. I've spent hundreds there as it is my go to place!!! Better prices than Amazon!
First time in store. Honestly was amazed at the selection of rubs, brines, injections, marinades, and sauces on hand. The two gentlemen in store were very friendly, and took the time when not busy with other customers to converse, and talk about the game of cooking foods. What sets this place apart from others, is while looking over the rubs they let me sample before i made a purchase. This is incredibly helpful especially if trying something for the first time.
