I started seeing Dr. Kristen at Barbell to help prepare for birth. Dr. Kristen was patient and thorough. She explained things fully and we discussed my goals and she gave me exercises, nutrition advice, and tips to help me have the experience I wanted. She was wonderful at helping me add tools to my toolbox that I used for staying active through my pregnancy and during the labor process. It made my pregnancy and labor experience much smoother!
Dr. Aubrey has been so kind and patient throughout this process. I am still in the early stages of therapy but her trauma informed care has been the perfect approach for someone like me who has been through medical/birth trauma. She truly cares about her patients and its evident in her approach. Looking forward to making continued process with her guiding me through it.

The physicians at Barbelle take an individualized approach and set a course that is manageable! They truly desire to get to know their clients and are your biggest cheerleaders in recovering and strengthening your body! Every time I have left a session I have felt stronger and more confident!
