The amazing women here are all so supportive. Kristen has been helping me with my pelvic pain and has given me many tools for both releasing pain and strengthening my core so I can do more without pain. She is so understanding and creates a plan based on your individual needs and is great at updating the plan if something changes. I highly recommend Barbelle for your pelvic needs!

Dr Kristen has worked with me since my hysterectomy and prolapse bladder surgery. I had severe pudendal nerve pain/numbness that Dr Kristen worked on and was able to give me a ton of relief. It is 100% better! She is talented and knowledgeable with pelvic floor PT. I recommend them if you have any pelvic floor concerns. I love having a local business 10 minutes from my house that is so knowledgeable and gives such great care.
I’ve been working with Dr. Kristen to address some issues after my c-section. I am so comfortable working with her and speaking with anyone in the office. I especially love getting an emailed summary after each appointment to ensure that I remember the exercises and am doing them correctly. I am noticing TRUE improvements from week to week with her care!
