I am so happy that I chose to pursue physical therapy at Barbelle Pelvic Rehab! After two kids, I was worried that my pelvic floor and back pain would limit my physical activity, but not only do I feel like I’m getting stronger, I’m learning new things about back pain and hip tightness that I wasn’t even aware I had. Dr. Kristen is the best! I found Barbelle through a workshop at my gym and I waited wayyyy too long to make an appointment - I should’ve done this sooner (I’m 3 years postpartum) and it has already helped my pain and I can lift heavier at the gym without having pain/pressure. Dr. Kristen is so sweet, caring and really helps find a solution that works for your individual needs. Highly recommend!
Dr. Aubrey is the BEST! She is helping me return to all the things I love doing, with a lot less back pain, after 2 pregnancies!
The whole team at Barbelle is so wonderful! I was totally taken aback at needing pelvic floor therapy two years post delivery- and I was beyond anxious even calling to schedule.
