Wonderful place! very clean and welcoming environment, the doctors are so thorough is all the explanations and really work with you to tailor a plan that works for your specific needs. Ive been going about a month now and already seeing promising results! would definitely recommend.
The doctors and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The best part has been learning the correct exercises and techniques to strengthen my core and pelvic floor muscles again. The knowledge I’m gaining will be invaluable and is a worthwhile investment in maintaining my health for the future.
I started P.F. Therapy about 2 monthes ago, by doctor reccomendation. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was hopeful for some back pain relief, due to wear and tear, age, stress, and the job i have been in for the past 21 years. My appointed doc, is Dr. Rachel. She is phenomenal and perfect for my needs! I am about halfway through my sessions and have been so impressed by the kindness of the staff and the expert care of Dr. Rachel.
