They do a great job for taxes Been using them for a few years
It was going great for a while, but once we started our business and had them handle Texas taxes, things fell apart. Severe negligent communication began happening in a strong pattern. We would ask repeatedly if they needed anything from us, no checklist provided at all, and wouldn't hear from them for a week! Then, our latest communication through email was disregarded.
