In the beginning I thought they were ok and then it happened: My 2017, that they prepared, was riddled with errors and those errors weren’t discovered until 2019. Because of the errors, my refund was less than it should have been and they repeated the errors on my 2018 return. Their communication is lacking and poor. My 2017 return had to be amended and re-filed and my 2018 return must be completely redone as well.
