UPDATE 2026: Since my original review, things have only become more concerning. I filed a complaint with the Hawaii State Bar, hoping for some accountability. Pads her bills by giving intentionally unclear, incomplete information. She made me waste hours of my time with a request for a document she claimed was not certified when it was certified after all. I had spent many hours trying to get a certified copy only to find out that I the document I sent her WAS a certified copy. Then she charged me to tell me that she wanted them by fax, instead of photos, as if I was supposed to know that. Barbara and her team have been easy to contact, clear communicators, and have worked diligently even through the holidays. I had a small real estate issue which she was able to handle during the holidays in a timely manner at an affordable rate.
