I have tried 3 different services all have been great. .Courtney for lymphatic drainage and colon hydro therapy. Both have helped my body in several ways: better sleep, less stress, reduced bloating/indigestion, hip pain gone, and firmer looking skin. Brittany’s assisted stretching was much better than my physical therapy sessions and really helped my hip, back, neck, and shoulders. Definitely plan on going back for more sessions. :)
Colonics, Electro-lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, & Reiki have saved and changed my life. Massive thyroid nodule, couldn't lose weight no matter what I did, brain fog, lethargy, cystic acne, tired after meals, kidney disease, liver disease, severe constipation, impaired eyesight, pre-diabetes, pre-cancerous cells in uterus, was in the hospital for a week, they thought I was going to die was so toxic. Barbara Ann Spa is such a beautiful and amazing place. I have enjoyed relaxing in the massage chair while breathing in pure oxygen to help support and boost my immune system. I have also begun taking advantage of the infrared sauna after a long days work. Lisa’s facial services are incredibly relaxing and keep my face hydrated, while Britney’s assisted stretching help to relieve my back stiffness. Barbara is amazing! I’ve been going to her for massages for a couple of years now and she never disappoints. Best massages ever, and I always feel so relaxed!
