She has done an excellent job in helping us with our taxes!
I brought in my previous year's return. She looked at it and gave me a price. When I picked the current return up, she charged me $150.00 more than what she told me originally. There was nothing different from the previous years return. I didn't get a hard copy of my return. She told me she would email a copy to me. I sent messages requesting the email copy and never got a response. Finally I called and received the email copy at the end of May. I definitely will not be going back there.
