Marked me deceased on one of my papers, claimed to have fixed it waited patiently for weeks, never heard back followed up the following year after I went elsewhere and they told me it was never fixed. Called her & she had the nerve to tell me that I wasn't "understanding her," she was super rude & unprofessional on the call, & told me to look it up on the internet & figure it out myself, as far as where I was supposed to call and what I was supposed to do.
