Stopped in to buy a mattress and the gentleman who helped us was extremely helpful, gave us space to make a decision, and overall just a great experience. I would recommend going to them.
I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service I received from Baraboo Furniture and Mattress. I had an issue with a new recliner I bought and they took it back and allowed me to exchange it for something different, gave me a very fair price on a new chair and delivered the new one and picked up the used one all in about an hour. Would recommend this place 100%. They do not pressure you, but are there to help. We bought an adjustable king size bed from them. We had a problem with it and they were amazing. They replaced it with no problem. Awesome customer service.
I purchased a new sofa from them. They were very patient with me, they did an awesome job. They offer a variety of price ranges for everyone. Painless process from sales to delivery. I support local business when possible.
