If we could give these guys and gals 1000 stars we would. For each one of them. Not only did we have machinery over at their storage yard for months (no complaints from them, only help) but when Clint and his team came to deliver it to us, it was quite a well-oiled production. It was amazing to watch such a fantastically coordinated and cheerful group of people figure out how to get the equipment delivered. Worked here for a week. Overall I wasn't around long enough to tell you much about the place other than what I experienced that week. The fabrication shop had a nice and decent enough setup but the culture I experienced was horrible. The guy who ran the shop did nothing but scrutinize the workforce, which is fine enough if you could show better. He told an employee they were over payed, when I was let go he immediately got on the phone bragging about how he "just ran a guy off." I don't think he knows what that really means ... read more
