opened a savings account requested an atm card. Now got noticed in mail that I'm getting a debit card and my current one will be closed. I never asked for that nor was I given the option upset

I was hoping to do some small banking tasks and felt that I was being a nuisance. First I wanted to send coins I had accumulated through their coin machine but they stated it had been broken for 6 months. They are a bank they don't have a coin sorting machine? Then I deposited a check and asked for my balance. The check was deposited but I did receive my balance...asked again and you would have thought I asked for a huge loan.
