I went to open a bank account and was told I needed to pay off one of my old accounts and then I'd be all set and able to open said account. I went and paid off my old bank and went back the next day to open the account as I was informed I could do. However when I got there the woman that helped me the day before gave all of my information to who I am assuming was a manager. Made the mistake of banking with this location. While they do technically have an app for online banking, it will only update your funds during bank hours, and half the time has some sort of error that forces you to go in person to get resolved. Normally that would be fine, but the bank itself is usually only staffed by 1 or 2 tired looking employees, if they’re even open at all and not out to an extended lunch.
