Where many other banks have been a complete headache to work with- especially their phone apps- managing finances has been so easy with Bar Harbor! The staff at the Hanover branch go above and beyond, and I can't thank them enough!

I'd give a negative ☆ if I could! There management doesn't support there staff, every time I had an issue and there have been many! The poor tellers are left with no answers! When they forced me to use zelle threw them they have no tech support! I've had over 20 xs were the app didn't work and they have said and I quote "I don't know what to tell u" really! It's ur bank and an app u forced me to go threw! I happily wanted to stay using it threw zelle but they wouldn't let me! I'm 50 and have had plenty of bank accounts and b... read more

I could not be happier banking with a Bar Harbor! The team as whole cares about their customers and gives their undivided attention when working with you. I started at the branch working with Sebastian who demonstrated great customer service. Within the last year, working with Jennifer has been continued success! I really love this branch. I've had an account with Lake Sunapee for about two years now. Sebastian, the manager, is always friendly and helpful and the other tellers are always courteous and efficient.
