I recently went to the drive up at bar harbor bank in Milford to cash my bar harbor paycheck. I was asked if I had cashed a check earlier in the week I said I did not .the woman at the window stated I guess you don’t know about the increase of $25.00 to cash a BARHARBOR check AT A BARHARBOR BANK Do they really believe people would actually open an account or do any business after experiencing what I believe to be illegal tactics and non compliance of FDIC regulations.
