Bought boots here for family reunion. Nice inventory of exotic skin boots. Well worth the price I believe. However, rep did not honor signage indicating all in-stock items were on sale. Instead, he challenged our understanding of what the sign meant. Sign read in large letters “20% off entire in-stock inventory.” Well, we bought hats and boots that were in-stock. We don’t plan to buy anything else from this store and hope owner understands that such treatment of customers costs him big time in lost profits going forward.
