We came for the Peter Rabbit High Tea to celebrate Easter while visiting Montreal and were immediately charmed by the cozy vibe, music and cute decor on the 2nd floor seating area that reflected the Easter theme. The three-tiered tray of tasty food was generously portioned, especially the sandwiches. A delightful refreshing mocktail and a huge pot of tea were included. I got served a lukewarm latte with the wrong milk - the barista or owner (?) didn’t seem to be fond of listening to their clients and more focused on texting while on the job. Also they were extremely rude and gave off an unwelcoming vibe. I ordered a croissant which I had asked to be heated but again, the person serving me ignored my request. It’s unlikely I will ever return and I hope for the sake of your future clientele that you show more care towards them. I only put one star because I had to put any at all.
