Great Customer Experience! Take some time and visit with them. There a bunch of models for you to look at and get ideas. These are custom pits. Expect custom!! They took time to talk with me and about what i was looking for. I'm not in a position today to buy one yet. When i am, i will make the drive to Houston to work with them. We have had a 20" x 36" backyard smoker for almost 30 years. Using the smoker for grilling and Barbeque makes this smoker versatile and ideal for daily grilling and weekend smoking! Living in Oregon the Klose smoker is one of kind and beats any of the competition in the NW. I would highly recommend a Klose!
The nicest, most down to earth people I’ve ever met in my life own this establishment. The place is comparable to a museum as they have on display their ability to make a smoker out of just about anything you can imagine. Very high quality and very well designed products. I highly recommend visiting and seeing for yourself!
