I have a 1994 Pitts & Spitts offset smoker that was in really rough shape. I reached out to see if they could repair it, and the owner, David Klose, came by my house later that day to take a look. He ended up loading it onto his truck and taking it back to his shop for restoration. I’m not saying he’s a miracle worker… but he performed a real miracle on my smoker. The craftsmanship was outstanding, the price was more than reasonable, and the smoker looks and cooks like new. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I purchased a 24x54 Grill Chef Smoker. WOW! The craftmanship is on another level. First cook was for Thanksgiving - a large turkey and a ham. It ran flawlessly in 30 degree windy weather. Two splits and 45 minutes without issue. I couldn't be happier.
Clos is the “ Creme del a creme” of craftsmanship when it comes to Pits. If you’re looking for price go to your big box store. If you want a Pit to last a life time you have come to the right place. Your friends will envy you when they see your new pit.
Great Customer Experience! Take some time and visit with them. There a bunch of models for you to look at and get ideas. These are custom pits. Expect custom!! They took time to talk with me and about what i was looking for. I'm not in a position today to buy one yet. When i am, i will make the drive to Houston to work with them.
